Suitable for both under and over the lash applications, the Eylure Clusters in Flutter No.4 allow you to achieve versatile volume, length and lift.

Handmade, this 30-pack promises a natural-looking flutter that’s light yet long-lasting. Arriving in three graduating sizes (10, 12 and 14mm), create everything from sweeping cat-eye gazes or multi-dimensional volume as desired, while the brand’s latex-free glue holds everything in place for up to 18 hours.

Step 1: Select a cluster.
Step 2: Dip base into glue.
Step 3: Wait 20-30 seconds until lash becomes tacky.
Step 4: Pop cluster into place.
Step 5: Add more clusters as required.
